Mama was his first word.
Make that his only word thus far.
I love being #1.
BTW -- L first word... it was Bella. Yep, the dog ranks higher in importance then B or I in L's eyes.

How fun! Isaac's first word was definitely dada, but he now says thank you. (At least you know that's what he's saying because he says it EVERY time you hand him something.)
I love that; a kid who says "thank you." So cute!
My E says "mamamama" when he's agitated. Plus, he learned "no" at something like 14 months and let me tell you, it's an overused word in the toddler vocabulary.
